1. General Terms

- Vahaan Mitra reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone at +91-8917291670.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message from our team.
- The customer must provide accurate information (name, contact details, travel date, etc.).
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to vehicle unavailability or unforeseen reasons.
3. Rental Charges and Payment
- Charges depend on vehicle type, distance, duration, and additional services requested.
- Payments can be made in advance or at the time of vehicle pick-up, as agreed.
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, or route changes.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must present valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, etc.) when required.
- The vehicle must be used only for lawful purposes.
- The customer is responsible for any damage caused due to negligence, misuse, or violation of traffic rules.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal goods in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
5. Vehicle and Driver
- All our vehicles are well-maintained and driven by verified, professional drivers.
- The customer must not insist the driver violate traffic or safety rules.
- The driver has the right to refuse a trip if safety is at risk.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip.
- Last-minute cancellations or “no-shows” may result in partial or no refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Vahaan Mitra is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the journey.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.
- In case of an accident or breakdown, we will provide necessary assistance or arrange a replacement vehicle if possible.
8. Privacy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information without consent, except where required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India and Odisha jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts in Sonepur, Odisha.
